Welcome to our Monk Teaching Volunteer Project in Kathmandu, Nepal! Our project provides shelter, education, and development opportunities for young monks in a local monastery. We are currently seeking international volunteers to join us and make a positive impact on the lives of these young monks. 

As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to teach English, provide extra-curricular activities, facilitate games and sports, and assist with daily tasks such as cooking and cleaning. You will work closely with our team of experienced teachers and program coordinators, who will provide support and guidance throughout your stay. ​

As an international volunteer in our Monk Teaching Volunteer Project in Kathmandu, Nepal, you will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities, including: 

Teaching English: You will have the opportunity to teach English to young monks, helping them to improve their language skills and prepare for their future.

Providing extra-curricular activities: You will be able to organize and facilitate various activities such as games, sports, and arts and crafts to engage the monks in fun and interactive learning experiences.

Assisting with daily tasks: You will be able to assist with daily tasks such as cooking and cleaning, helping to ensure that the monastery runs smoothly and efficiently.

Learning about Buddhism and meditation: You will have the opportunity to learn about the Buddhist religion and practice meditation with the monks.
