Welcome to our Women Empowerment Project in Jaipur, India! Our project is dedicated to providing free education and vocational training to women and adolescent girls from some of the city most marginalized communities. 

We believe that education is the key to empowering women and breaking the cycle of poverty and oppression that has held these communities back for generations. Through our project, we offer a range of educational and vocational programs designed to help women develop the skills and knowledge they need to lead fulfilling and productive lives.

To help us achieve our mission, we rely on the support of volunteers from around the world. As an international volunteer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our team of dedicated staff and make a meaningful impact in the lives of the women and girls we serve. You can help us with a range of activities, from teaching English and basic math skills, to provide vocational training in fields such as tailoring, handicrafts, and computer literacy. You can also assist with community outreach and engagement, helping to raise awareness of the importance of womens education and empowerment.

As an international volunteer in our Women Empowerment Project in Jaipur, India, you will be involved in a range of activities aimed at providing education, computer literacy, and vocational training to women and adolescent girls in the local community. Some of the volunteer activities you can expect to be involved in include: 

Teaching and Tutoring: You will be involved in teaching basic literacy skills, computer literacy, and vocational training skills to women and adolescent girls in the local community.

Developing Curriculum and Lesson Plans:You will work with our team of experts to develop and refine the curriculum and lesson plans that are used in our education and training programs.

Community Engagement: You will work closely with local communities to understand their needs and preferences, and to ensure that our education and training programs are tailored to their needs.

Mentoring and Coaching: You will provide mentorship and coaching to women and adolescent girls to help them build their confidence, develop new skills, and prepare for future employment opportunities.

Improving school infrastructure: YYou can work with the school administration to identify areas where the school can be improved and provide suggestions for improvement. For example, you can help paint classrooms, repair broken furniture, or set up a library.

Cultural exchange: As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to learn about local culture and traditions, and to share your own culture with the local community.
